Job title: E-Commerce Analyst

Job duties: Conduct research on marketing strategies and transform e-commerce data into actionable insights to support online lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and achieve overall marketing objectives; apply advanced quantitative and analytical skills to develop data-driven marketing strategies and prepare detailed reports of findings, including visual data representations, and translating complex analytical results into clear, written summaries; participate in staff meetings and provide management with informed recommendations regarding the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of the company’s products and services. The detailed job responsibilities include:

1) Data Analytics: collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data across third-party online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify as well as BV corporate group’s e-commerce platforms to evaluate customers’ demand patterns, price elasticity, and promotional effectiveness; develop predictive models to forecast sales, determine discount offers, and optimize profit margin and inventory balance.

2) Paid Search, SEO, and Digital Marketing Analytics: analyze and recommend the company’s online marketing initiatives, including paid search campaigns and SEO performance; evaluate keyword strategies, ad performance, and audience segments to improve return on ad spending and lead conversion.

3) Product Analytics: maintain and analyze product catalog data across the third-party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and our corporate group’s ERP and e-commerce platforms to monitor product lifecycle metrics and inform marketing and product discontinuation decisions; identify product performance trends through data validation and visualization.

Job req.: Master’s degree with a major in marketing, economics, commerce and economic development, or other related field.

SALARY INFORMATION:
The salary is $72,238 Per Year
