Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bvsecurity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy
We have a 1-year replacement policy, which means you have 1 year after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@bvsecurity.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have any problems with a product you have purchased from BV USA LLC we
urge you to contact our technical support staff before deciding to return the product. If no solution is reached, RMA # will be issued. In the event that you receive damages in your shipment, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of order to receive RMA #.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy as Follows
- RMA # is only good for 30 days from the date of invoice issue with full refund.
- No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorized RMA #.
- All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and the RMA # written on the mailing label.
- BV USA LLC reserves the right not to replace product until the replacement is returned from Vendor.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid (No COD Accepted.)
- RMA items will be repaired or replaced at BV USA LLC discretion.
- Western Digital products come with 3 Year warranty- warranty can be checked via the follow link with product serial number: https://support-en.wd.com/app/warrantystatusweb
- Western Digital does not accept RMA that is damaged by person or any physical damage condition.
BE SURE TO CLEARLY MARK THE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AND ENCLOSE THE PROOF OF PURCHASE, OTHERWISE, YOUR RETURN WILL BE REFUSED. FREIGHT COLLECT OR COD RETURNS WILL ALSO BE REFUSED.
